What participants took from it
Participants spoke less about techniques and more about understanding. The activities came with a purpose, and each was followed by reflection and open discussion.
The activities, followed by reflection. Also, being able to have open discussion when a point is raised.

I think the activities were useful as there is meaning to every activity that was done.

Why in-house delivery matters
When a whole team attends together, the learning does not leave with one person. Colleagues share the same exercises, the same language and the same reference points when they return to the staff room. One participant described an activity that made them realise that confidential matters between management should stay with management. That is the kind of lesson that is easier to hold as a team than as an individual.
Participant suggestions
Participants asked for more engaging group tasks to break the ice and more physical activities. We note both with thanks.
