What the programme offers
The programme gives participants a communication toolkit and the opportunity to practise it. Participants explored how to explain a point clearly, how to adapt to different people and how to pause and structure a message using the 3C method. Role play and team discussions were among the elements participants valued most.
The practical activities, team discussions and role-play sessions were the most useful, as they helped me understand how to apply effective communication skills in real workplace situations.

Why communication training earns its place
In structured organisations, communication is how decisions are carried out. A clear instruction, a well-framed request or a calm explanation saves time at every level. Participants began this programme with a modest view of their own skills, a self-rating of 2.77 out of 5, and finished at 4.46. That is a meaningful change in confidence, and confidence is what shows up in the next meeting.
Participant suggestions
Participants asked for more practical exercises and real workplace scenarios, with slightly more time for discussion and for sharing experience between colleagues. We value these suggestions and note them with appreciation.
