Getting along with others, especially in the workplace is so important as we need a harmonious environment
to flourish in our careers.
Dave Abishegam, founder of KCOM Academy and one of our most prolific trainers was in Brunei recently for a two-day workshop that focused on the basic tools on how to get along with even the most difficult co-workers.
Zaidi from Tabung Amanah Pekerja was very enthusiastic about the workshop. When asked what he least liked about the course, he replied “Nothing, it was perfect.”

All the participants from a select number of key organisations in Brunei unanimously agreed that it was a very fun and valuable workshop.
Jusiniwati, also from Tabung Amanah Pekerja, said that she found the skills she learned useful even in her personal life.
